Norton ghost 15 Abort

If I need to abort a backup for any reason how do I do it,

I find I can if it is under 5%,

but if it is over 5% it will not do it, it just sits there for hours, you cannot shut the machine down.

You have to turn the power off

Help please:smileyfrustrated:

Hi,

Can I assume that you have used the three finger salute and opened task manager? Will that not allow you to terminate/abort the program?

Thanks
