johnsThere is a specific Forum for N360 and the COMCAST version is dealt with under Other Norton Products so I'll ask for your message to be moved over there or better exposure. You won't lose sight of it because a link will be left here.

Hi Johns414:
Did you happen to install the Comcast version over top of another version of Norton?

Hi Johns414,
What is the exact wording of the popup?
Or a screenshot would be better yet!

johns414,
I don't who you think you are talking to, but we are other Norton users and just trying to get info so that we may be able to help you end your frustrations with the pop-ups you are receiving, but if you insist on not answering our questions, we can not help you.

Silly of me to thinks someone from Norton 'staff' would read my message about Norton pop ups telling virus are detected and I should o.k. a scan. I have Norton and I can with Norton. I did not renew Norton when my contract expired because Norton now covers Comcast users with Norton............
Might be a good non annoying thing for Norton to do.........first ask people IF they already have Norton ?
Guess I'll have to try and call direct.....................

It might be a good habit to get into to uninstall whatever is already on your machine before installing something else.

Hi johns414,
Is this a program called Norton Security Scan that is prompting you to run a scan?
