Start OTL,   under   Copy and paste the custom script attached which you open in for instance Notepad,(include the : at the start of :OTL and all the way to the end / bottom)  and run the script. (Red Run Fix Button)

The output log, should be placed in the _OTL folder after.

Started OTL as directed. It ran for about 3-4 minutes, then got an "OTL has stopped working" error message "Close Program".

Checked _OTL file and the only log file I found is attached.

Disable  Norton Auto Protect and Sonar 

Then Start OTL and click the Black "CleanUp" button

Clicked OTL and program does not start...

Tried it gin and it rn nd then rebooted.

OTL should have deleted itself and the C:\_OTL folder.

Once that folder is also deleted you are free to go on your merry way.

I have notified SSR to the fact Norton detects OTL in certian situations.
