Hi Arizona6,
Hello and welcome to Norton Forums.
Can you let us know when do you get this error message. Is it when you open Norton security Suite or when you try to open the Constant Guard.

I am getting the same error, but a different hash each time. CG keeps restarting by itself after the error, waits a couple minutes and generates a new error. So far in the last 15 minutes these are the error codes, one for each failure:

So what is up with this?

Hi vino,
Hello and Welcome to Norton Forums.
The Comcast Constant Guard is provided by Comcast as a Common Homepage for Comcast Services. It seems that the Constant Guard might have a problem. So you can try to uninstall and resinatll the Comcast Constant Guard.
Please let us know if this steps worked

@ Arizona6 and Vino,
The best advise I can give you - IMHO the best thing you can do is unistall Constant Guard Protection Suite. If you look thru the Comcast forums here you will see it causes different problems on different systems.
If you need additional help in removeing the Constant Guard Protection Suite, please respond.
<edit> All things being equal, CGPS will not enhance your surfing experience, nor your security as compared to NSS - removing CGPS, should leave your NSS in tact and functioning. CGPS is in fact garbageware and will never be a part of any of my systems. <edit>
