You can install Ghost 15 now. The trial version will allow you to make the images, then when you recieve your version all you need to do is enter the key.

I haven't check here in a while so I didn't see your last message. I did get my replacement hard drive in the mail today. I hadn't attempted to install Ghost or create the backups. I should have. When I attempted to install Ghost, the CD was not readable. I double checked that the CD drive was working using another disk and it is working. Can I download the software using my product key or do I need to go through sales to get a replacement disk?

Didn't initially see page 2 of this thread. I downloaded and installed the software. When I ran one time backup, I didn't see options to back up EISA and WinNT partitions separately. The list just showed the c: drive. I'm backing that up now.

Additional piece of informaiton that might be important: I'm running Windows Vista on the notebook in question.
