This just started today. I have the latest version of Norton Utilities. The registry defragmenter stops working. I ran a virus scan and found nothing.
I have MIcrosoft Vista home edition, 64 bit; I don't use IE9; I use the latest version of firefox.
I have shut down the computer and restarted it and the program still won't work.

Did you get any error message when defragmenter stopped working? if yes, could you provide us the screenshot for better understanding of the issue?
