Hope I'm posting this in the right section of the forum
Is there a problem with the "forgotten password" emails?
I've repeatedly clicked on the "forgotten password" link, and I'n not receiving the email with instructions to reset the password
I'm trying to log in from a new computer (old one bit the dust a couple of days ago), which come with Norton pre-installed.

Could you give us more information on the norton product you are using? Where do you try to reset your password? A screenshot and url location (if any) would be helpful.
