Symantec IP intruding on system???

A thread was opened and closed about this a few months ago but an IP address (143.127.102.125) which seems to be owned by Symantec yet it persistently attempts to access my system whenever I browse any web page.  What gives?

 

Oh, I'm running Norton Security Suite provided by Comcast.

yeah too me and the ip address (172.16.0.1-172.16.0.6), but I dont think that it is norton
