You need to uninstall all your Norton programs and then reinstall NAV. Because NAV is part of NSW2003, you need to use Norton Removal tool (available free from the following site:
Tool )
This should do the trick. After a restart you should be able to install your Anti-Virus without problems. Make sure you have your activation key handy, you'll need to enter it again... Good luck
