Tried to use the uninstall link for 2003 Systems Works, downloaded the execute pgm, ran it, and get a error msg advising me that I have old version of Ghost running and that I have to uninstall it ??   Went to the Cnt Panel and did Not see Ghost, but did see Systems Works 2003. Tried to uninstall it and got another msg, other norton products current running .  So, can't use download Uninstall to remove Systems Work, can't use control panel pgm removal to uninstall Systems Works 2003   How do I uninstall 2003 Systems Works.   Am running a 2007 version of Norton Anti Virus, and thought about uninstall it, but still want to continue with using Norton Anti Virus  ??  HELP me get rid of older version of 2003 Systems Works

You need to uninstall all your Norton programs and then reinstall NAV. Because NAV is part of NSW2003, you need to use Norton Removal tool (available free from the following site:

This should do the trick. After a restart you should be able to install your Anti-Virus without problems. Make sure you have your activation key handy, you'll need to enter it again... Good luck
