There's a sticky at the top of this page from 2010 saying that SP1 of Ghost has been released.

However, when I go to Help > About, I am offered no option to run Live Update.  The only button I have is OK.

My version is showing as 15.0.0.35659 and my license is showing as Activated.

How do I get the update?

Try this, uninstall Ghost, reboot and then download a copy from the link given above. Be sure you have your license key handy, you may need it.

Did you do a Custom Ghost 15 install rather than a Default install?
