I recently (about month ago) renewed my Internet Security and Systemworks on my laptop only to have the laptop die on me.  I've bought a new one and was able to update the IS to reflect my full subscription, but with SW coming to an end, how do I get this credited towards a different software package since I can't download SW anymore?

    I have System Works 12 Standard and my son just downloaded the program from Symantec this past weekend for me since my hard drive died and had to be replaced. The antivirus part updated very nicely directly from the first version of the antivirus part that was included to the latest 16.7.2.11 in about 3 reboots. If you have your key, then you just have to plug it in. I didn't think System Works was still on the site, but my son found it and did it for me this past weekend. Wish I had the link for it, but I don't since he did it for me. Since you must have the basic though,  I don't know if that is still available on the site.

Which version of Norton SystemWorks you had - Basic/Standard/Premier Edition?
