Hello Barbara and welcome!
I think I can help you with your MS Office Live website.
Have you registered your site with Safe Web? If so, then you should have received a unique authentication code, but I do not see any reference to that code on your home page.
MS Office Live will not allow for you to add the full norton safeweb meta tag, but an alternate method to verify ownership is to add the Norton Safe Web authentication code to your keywords tag which I see you have in place.
Use your site building program to edit your keywords. Copy and paste the authentication code from your email registration, (the 128 character alphanumeric code) into your keywords tag on your main page. Be sure it is separated from the other entries with a comma.
Example: ....notary public, team cleaning, local cleaning, 1234-abcd-5678....(your unique 128 character code)
(Norton SW File Content is highlighted in blue text for this example)
Although this method will not allow for the automated verification, it should assist the Safe Web team in manually verifying your site.
Let me know when you have completed this step and I will check that the code is properly located.
Thanks!

Hi Barbara,
Unfortunately I only see 61 characters in your authentication code which should contain 128. This could be an error during copying and pasting, or your keywords tag may have a character limit.
You may have to temporarily remove some of your current keywords to make room for the 128 character authentication code. Since this is only for a short time it will not affect anything.
Let me know if you get the full code into your keywords tag and I'll be happy to check it again.
Thanks!
