Whoops! That didn't go well

I keep getting redirected to a site that says "Whoops! That didn't go well" Support suggested running NPE. I ran it. No threats found. Problem persists.

Does this only happen when you want to access certain websites or on all?

 

Could be a server problem: The site is just down for a while?
