Since you are using WIndows 7 64-bit, Ghost 14 is not supported. Some people have used it with WIndows 7 32-bit, but I would stick with Ghost 15.

The exe file for Ghost 15 doesn't need to be burned to CD. I think it is actually a self extracting RAR file.

Where are you running the file from? Maybe it is being saved to a temp folder and getting deleted before the install is done? Try saving it to the desktop and run it as administrator.

Maybe try downloading from HERE.

i download this from this url, and problem still exists, save it on partition d and run as administrator too, i disable even avast, nothing help

yes, win 7 64 bit up to date, sp1,

i have may of software installed on computer, but in a bacground only avast, msi afterburner

Can you install any other software? Maybe you could use 7-Zip or Win-RAR to extract the exe file and run the setup.exe from the folder you extract the files to?

I was able to use 7-Zip to extract the contents of NGH150_AllWin_EnglishTryBuy30.exe. It contains two folders... Install and Support. The Install folder contains the Ghost setup files and the Support folder contains Live Update.
