Please help i have a problem with installation software:

sorry for my english im from poland: i read entire forum, and cant find the solution

I have win 7 ulitimate 64 bit

i try to install both ghost 14 and 15 and i still have error: Error 2343.Specified path is empty

Hi grzechuu,

Have you got the original installation CDs or have you downloaded an ISO for each one?

If you have an installation CD of Ghost 15 then you could try a "Cold" copy by booting up with the CD following the instructions on the screen.

Ghost 14 - i get from one of DVD of newspappaer in our country NGH140_AllWin_English.exe

Ghost 15 - i get from trial version from norton website NGH150_AllWin_EnglishEMEATryBuy30.exe

first failur installing was ghost 14

u suggest that i have a bad copy of installation file ?

I didn't know that Ghost 14 was still be available so it could be a bad one.

When you downloaded the trial version did you burn the ISO onto CD?

Edit  I meant G15 burn the ISO

ok, ghost 15  i run from exe file, and setup get error

The download should be burnt onto CD if I remember rightly,

if you wait a while redK or DaveH  (they are in the USA)  will be online shortly and they will know what you need to do.

I have to admit I don't use the downloads (I am in the UK) and I don't know the link to use.

Did you follow the instructios on the download site to burn to disk?

nothing says that this must be burno on cd
