i need some help with a download

im not sure where to post this but heres my problem i had norton antivirus 2007 it was upgraded to 2008 nad it removed all the old stuff and donwloaded fine the only thing it does is "installing symantec network drivers" and it stayed on that for 6 hours i cant get on the chat or phone help so any ideas or help would b great thatnks

Please download the NRT tool, run it to get a clean machine. Than download and install v2008
