ie antivirus uninstall

hi there

i am new here, just downloaded the norton online but i still have a problem i cant fix..is anyone here that can give me some help regarding the ie antivirus pop-ups so i can remove it from my pc?i did go to add /remove and did the uninstall but seems that it didnt uninstall everything
