i have a problem with power eraser when it restarts the computer nothing happens it normaly scans for viruses ect but it is not doing that

does it checks for internet conections?

no it does not search for internet connection it will restart the computer on start up it does nothing but when i do it on the admin account it works ok

can you please attach the logs  that is generated under the location :

For win 7/vista c:\Users\"username"\Appdata\Local\NPE\NPETraceSession.etl

For Xp: C:Documents nad settings\"Username"\Local Settings\Application Data\NPE\NPETraceSession.etl
