Hi
People seem to face a lot of problem because of WS reputation
so,
why not make a change the way Qurantine works??
Norton at time flags safe file and harmful files as well as WSReput.
So a user really cant` decide whether to run the file instead submits and wait for confirmation to see if False positive or threat
So, to make the users job a bit more easy Norton Should Rescan Files in Quarantine and automatically Restore the WS.Rep. Which are wrongly detectd as a threat!
this make the Product more user friendly! according to me!!

Hi BanMidou,
The product already does this. Items in quarantine are rescanned at regular intervals and any files that are exonerated are restored.

restored to what folder?
and what if I've already uninstalled program or move it to other folder?
this restored files will be a chunk files.
programs are installing to use them and to do not wait for some Norton Updates - if program is not working is it replaced by other program or added to Exclusions path if it is not malware by user decision.
Who needs in >>AUTOMATIC<< restoring of files without user prompt?
I saw on 18.1 engine In Norton Community Watch History section that malware files also exonerated.
Only after my manual submission of such files they was blacklisted at last
Automatically it will be usually only chunk fiiles or not recognized malware.
Do not do this >>Automatic<< without user prompt !!
Behaviour in which some actions (and automatic restoring from quarantine) making without any user prompt - is like malware bahaviour, it is not prompted in its actions, just doing them...
May be all will be maked automatically or computer is for users, not for installed programs?
If user say what "yes, do it always" - then do it, if not - why to do this?
Think what you do before you did this!
