it would be nice if norton 2012 and Norton 360 6.0 have a better self-defense (much better), 99% minimum

It is not good, that Symantec Framework can be stopped with this easy steps:

 

0. NIS 2012 vsn 19.5 on german 32 bit win 7 sp1 or win8 consumer preview, IE

 

1. Tamper Protection = ON 

 

2. tried to kill process tree of ccSvcHst.exe with processExplorer.

 

3. Got Access denied, but one instance of ccSvcHst.exe disappeared.

 

4. UI could not be started afterwards and tray icon of NIS 19.5 disappeared, Symantec Framework stopped.
