Make network map work, remote monitoring!!!  For both my computer and this guy's http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/Remote-Monitoring/td-p/304916, one computer can monitor the other but not vice versa

I really don't consider this an enhancement. I think it is a defect but I'll know more once Symantec responds to my queries.
