I have been reminded by Norton 360 V5 over a month before it expired. With 21 days left, I then purchased a new V6, installed and activated it successfully.
However, I have 2 problems:
1. All firewall data are erased when updating (old version left on the computer, not uninstalled)
2. Norton 360 ignors 21 days left over from previous purchase, shows 366 days remaining. Information in the account shows 2 versions with days left but not carry over.
Please look at these problems for the next version.

We recommend to wait until you have one or two days remaining before entering your new Product Key. Then you will only lose that day or two.
