There are now other security suites that fully support 64 bit Outlook and 64 bit IE. Get with the times or get left behind. 64 bit IE had been included with 64 bit Windows since Vista came out almost 5 years ago.

It's long past time for NIS and Idenitity Safe to work with 64 bit browsers!

Yes, 64-bit support would be nice. I use most major browsers, IE included

The need for 64 bit tool bar is long over due. I use the 64 bit IE for the speed it brings, but can not use the tool bar or identity safe, so it is back and forth I go.

Hi. I recently upgraded to Win 7 64 bit. As we are now in 2012 I was very surprised to be informed by an agent last week that currently ‘Norton does not support' Windows 7 64 bit - Identity Safe!
WHAT?
My licence comes up for renewal this week and I just cannot believe this. Why should I part with my cash for a product which is not up to date? The Identify Safe is just one USP that has kept me with Norton Internet Security. I'm not saying it's the primary reason for having it, but it does make one wonder, if Norton cannot resolve this (how long has this release been out) what other 'issues' are lurking out their? And I was just beginning to fully understand the application and its nuances! BC

I agree this should be supported. Its been 2 years with my Sony VAIO 64 bit.
In their defense I mostly been using the offical verison of Firebox which is 32 bit but on the other hand I have Outlook 64 bit. I generally happy with Outlook junk filter and since all my mail connections are SSL or encrypted that Norton can't scan it. I also use Norton Digital ID which was bought from versign.
I just hope that in Windows 8 they can support x64 bit. Its going to be hard but this will force my hand to another Company. I give them to Fall when Windows 8 launches to support x64

Hey Man. Windows 8 64 bit is supported by MS. I should think Semantic is a Golden Partner or what ever it's called. This just goes beyond the pail. I mean don't Norton support a lot of CORPS, and this is good CRM? They are not it seems into retaining their customer base. I'm in sales, and the best advert is a recommendation, a report recently confirmed people are more likely to go with that than an advert, and Adds cost money, whereas keeping a customer brings in more: ergo looking after punters is more than a good move, like wise the opposite has a negative effect! I don't hold Tech shares, but if I did hold any Semantic equity I'd be selling later on today! Cheers BC
