As I wrote previously two active protection can not work together. It does more harm to your PC than good. Please uninstall one of them, and use only one at the time.

Once you have only one on the machine, redo the tests and you will see both product will work much better alone then "together".

Congratulations!

Kaspersky is the product of the year 2011!

Besides of it Norton did not wants to take part in proactive detections of year 2011 and still (as always was) in the end part of the rate list in heuristic detection by AV-comparatives.org.

 

So, proactive detection by Norton (before file execution) is the absent (having very low effectiveness) part of the Norton's products.
