Supporting 64-bit browsers

The Norton toolbar, and other browser components should be able for the 64-bit browsers (IE7 and IE8, Firefox Minefield) as well.

Re: Supporting 64-bit browsers

I'd also like to see support for IE8 64 bit.

Re: Supporting 64-bit browsers

We definitely need native 64 bit support.

Microsoft has already announced that after Windows 7 there will be NO more 32 bit OS's released. 64 bit is the wave of the future.

Totally agree x64 bit should be native from Norton 2012.

Re: Supporting 64-bit browsers

Definitely agree. But with the  coming release of Microsoft Office 2010 64 bit there is an even larger need for 64 bit support in all Norton products, sooner rather that later.

Re: Supporting 64-bit browsers

Yet Microsoft strongly recommends that users run Office 2010 32bit even on a 64 bit OS and not Office 2010 64 bit..

Re: Supporting 64-bit browsers

I have NIS2010 and feel that the Norton toolbar, (and other browser components) should be provided for the IE8 64-bit browser - I am seriously missing the Identity Safe feature in particular.

Thanks for the idea. This is definitely on our radar.
