cybercrime index does not start the flash / video as expected if geo=de

OS <> german 64 bit win 7 sp1 <> IE8
NIS 2012 build 19.6.2

steps to reproduce:

open NIS main UI
click on link "cybercrime index" opens this page: http://de.norton.com/?cci=on&s_tnt=22618:5:0

It does not start the flash / video as expected

It would be fine if international users of NIS / N360 could also see the flash / video as expected!
