Good afternoon. Turkey hotline complaint about norton and I want to write here. I hope I am writing this complaint the correct section.
Norton given the wrong phone number for Turkey turkey hotline. Looking for the given number. But "the number is not in use," he get a warning. I told months in advance of this status by e-mail. But there is no change on hiatus for months as it turned out that site. E-mail I send or remove this number from the site, type a number or told you can be reached. Freaking out, seeing the number. Symantec does not suit such a negligent attitude. Because of complaints from customers ilgisizliğinizden condemn you. We've escalated this situation many times.
When you buy a product that I bought are in favor of Turkish. Had not even thought to call the number. I think the moment we've been victimized.
