i've seen SOOOOOoooOOoOOooo nmany posts about nortons360 online backupsets needing to be deleted........this is absurd!!!! sure, they SAY to upgrade to version4.0, or go to expolerer and delete it but that doesnt work. i know they say its a bug or whateverm, but there needs to be a better way to delete the entire online backup.

OH YESS!!!!! I agree with you 10000% because i use norton 360 too for a while and I thought I could delete it all by going on to the web interface or in the settings, but you can only delete one file at a time? if I want to deletee all the old data I TOTALLY should be able to. I'm using Carbonite for now. :(

I need my backup purged. Can you do that for me? I really should be able to do that myself. Lame.

Better backup set management would be lovely. Deleting sets through Windows Explorer doesn't work well. The Explorer window becomes unresponsive for a long time (10 - 15 minutes or more depending on backup set size). Deleting sets through Nobu isn't possible for N360 users. Deleting them through the "Delete Backup Sets" link in Manage Backups interface is not intuitive or obvious.

Well i use Norton. It came with my Laptop so i bet i was so lucky. But my Company uses safecopy backup.SafeCopy is cheaper because they offer a 5GB free unlimited free trial version and the have upgraded their spaces for example from 105GB to 200GB.This is owesome.

There does need to be changes in the backup area so that performance is much improved.
