I've tried four times in the past two hours and haven't gotten the promised email to reset my password, though it is supposed to be "coming shortly".  They verify the email address so that's not the problem. I sent a test message from another account, so the mail should be getting through.

Had to re-register just to ask for help.

I have a notice that there is a private message for me and can't sign in.

The password I had was written down and should work, but doesn't..

Don't mind having to register again, but would like to see the message. Does anyone know who I might contact to report the problem? I certainly don't want to pay for tech support, and it isn't a problem with my software anyhow.

I'll see if I can access anyone. You do mean a password to access here? Is it under the same name as you are using successfully to get in and post?

Did you check in your spam file for the email with your password?

It was in my spam folder. I didn't think of that because the notification of a private message didn't end in the spam folder. Should have known because sometimes gmail makes no sense, putting mail from the same source into my inbox and some in my spam folder.
