Getting "Web Attack: Malicious Cookie Activity"

Hi I'm, having problems opening the link to my site via my email address Norton keeps blocking it, the page doesnt load up instead i get amessage, the connection has been reset ,and norton tells me im Getting  a"Web Attack: Malicious Cookie Activity", when i put the adress in the url it opens up fine, Do you know why this might happening.

Hi teeps,

 

It sounds like you are being redirected to a malicious site that uses a toolkit to search your installed software programs for unpatched  vulnerabilities that can be exploited to install malware.  Norton is preventing the toolkit from accessing your computer.  The problem needs to be addressed by the website owner or host.
