Hi, dumb question from someone computer illeterate like me, how doe sone set up a system image and do all the backup stuff that DaveH was talking about? I don't have a whole lot of stuff on my computer but would like keep the stuff I have if ever I need to wipe my drive completely.
Also, my computer comes with a fair amount of bloatware....how do I get rid of them? For example, I have blocked an update to one of the programs that I never use...I know what it is, but I can't seem to find it to take it out (can't get to it via uninstall programs in the control panel)...any ideas?
Thanks.

Aivars1234,
Those are two good questions but ideally suited for the Tech Outpost here which is for computing problems not directly involving Norton products.
I'm going to ask a moderator to move your message and my reply but leaving the one inbetween if that is possible. If it is not then please repost your query in Tech Outpost and we'll see you there. You won't lose sight of it because a link will be left here.
When we get to Tech Outpost could you add what version of Windows you have including Service Packs and whether it's 32 bit or 64 bit (WINKEY + Pause keys together will show you this system information).
