When updating the free version of Malwarebytes manually, Malwarebytes will download version 1.42 and might ask you to reboot your computer.More information is available over here:

Think i've seen that mentioned somewhere, but cannot locate it at moment.
Just wondering whether it was on XP, Vista or Win 7
Also N360 v3 or v4 Beta.
Just upgraded Malwarebytes to 1.43, and was going to give it a go.
