Thanks Krusty but I'm not actually looking for any support or assistance with this.  I was simply replying because another user was saying he had lifetime and someone else said they could not get it.

I provided community support for SAS a few years ago as a volunteer and I currently provide support at Malwarebytes as the Online Support Manager

To clarify further, we honor and will continue to honor all existing lifetime licenses, we just do not offer new lifetime licenses at this time which has been the case since mid-last year.
