What's att-prt22 maleware ?

I found a program called "att-prt22" when uninstalling a program. I had not seen it before until now tried to Google it but got no clear answer as to what it is or what it does. Could someone tell me if its maleware?

Here somebody recognize the software as it is a part of AT&T's 2Wire Modem installation....
