Norton Anti-Theft and Device Administrators has been discussed in a earlier thread

in the forums when bloncb brought up the subject -

And  when installing the NMS addon NAT the Device Administrator default for the

application is not activated as the user must make the setting to activate, and NAT

does not ask for this permission when installing and activating.
