Can you just clarify whether the solution was, in simple terms:

1 - Uninstall NMS, Uninstall NAT, Reinstall NMS, reinstall NAT or 

2 - Change the Device Administrator setting so that NAT does not have Device Administrator powers and then uninstall NAT......

You comments seem to imply that it was 1 but you have marked the post that contained 2 as being the solution which seems odd.  Sorry to ask you this late question but it may help if others have a similar problem.
