Unfortunately the Comcast version of Norton Security Suite/Business Suites does not offer the Online Vault flow for Norton Identity Safe. There is a workaround, but it's fairly complex if you're interested:

1) On your Comcast version of Norton Security Suite/Business Suite, create a backup of your vault data.

2) On a separate PC without Norton Security Suite/Business Suite installed, install the Norton Identity Safe PC client.

3) Create a Norton Account and Online Vault.

4) Import your backup of your vault data.

Then you'll be able to sync your logins/passwords with your Android device, but now you'll have two separate copies of your vault.
