Re: NMS

Hi Rab 60

When you try to register NAT are you using the product key from your retail pack of Norton Mobile Security

that you purchased from the retail store.? If so that product key is just for the Norton Mobile Security only.

If you pruchased Norton Anti-Theft from the Norton Online Store you would have a new product key just

for activating NAT only.

Not sure if this will help but here are somescreen shots that might help.

These are the steps when you open the NMS app on your device-

Step 1

Select SetUp Anti-Theft

Step 2

Select Download Add-on

Step 3
Select launch Market

Step 4
Select install

Step 5
Then select open then Agree & Launch
Step 6
Enter your Norton Account details being the email address and password.
The device will then register with the Norton Anti-Theft website and no product
key is required as NAT Plug In is free as long as you have a paid subscription
of NMS.
If this does not work i would be interested to know how you got NMS Lite ?
Because availability of NMS Lite and NAT Plug In i would have thought would be the
same but i may be wrong and i think the only people with that info would be the
Symantec Norton Team as the issue as you said is that NAT is not available in your
country which would be strange if NMS is available there on the Android Market.
Keep us posted on how you go.
Cheers:smileywink:
