I feel that Symantec would be bending over backwards to tell us that it is 'Cosmetic' and there is nothing to worry about - So I tend to feel very un-safe with it, which completely underminds the fundament purpose of the product. Doesn't any body at least understand the problem and give some kind of explanation of what is happening? There are plenty of clues - Don't think Symantec would  have any problems reproducing the problem.
