If you have a current subscription to any version of Norton 360, you can directly download the v4 update here:

Norton 360 v4 Standard: www.norton.com/n360s_4

Norton 360 v4 Premier: www.norton.com/n360p_4

When you install the update, it will remove your previous Norton 360 product and apply the subscription information to Norton 360 v4.
