I would be more inclined to suspect that the Norton 360 PC Cleanup function is overzealously removing necessary cookies for these sites, rather than a firewall issue.

Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't compute.  I hope a professional from Norton or a competent forum assistant can advise me how I can remedy this problem.
