had Norton 360 on desktop-computer.

got lap-top; installed Norton 360 on that;

     took desk-top computer off-line when Norton account on it expired.

the  Norton 360 package allows coverage up to 3 computers;

tried; message tells me that I'm not eligible.

site tells me that I AM eligible, and that my current coverage has more than 320 days remaining.

tried to chase down a straight answer, without success;

keep receiving instructions which accomplish nothing except run in circles.

i need clear,  simple, accurate directions on how to remedy the problem.
