A 3 PC version allows you to install on upo to 3 different computers in the same household. But the clock starts running on all 3 from when you activate on the first PC.

You say your Norton Account expired so if you mean your subscription expired then it expired for all three -- you can't daisy chain on one PC.

I'm misunderstanding can you correct me ... and explain what you mean by the Norton Account expired ....

Did you try to install one of the copies on a new PC or what?
