I use the Internet explorer v 7.0 and the answers to the rest of your questions, NO.  I able to set-up and save my logins and they work. The next day when I go back to revisit the  "manage my logi-ins- all the info I saved from the previous day, it's all gone. same thing happened for the 5th time I tried it.  Norton support have no clue why it happens.  each time I dealt with cust support, they remotely took over the control of my desk top and tried everything they know to resolve the issue, next day the logins info is gone again. they did try to re-install norton 360   2008 version, no luck
