I "think" the problem is solved. We uninstalled Norton (an older version) and then installed Norton 360, version 5 via the internet. It "seems" to be working in that I can get to my Norton 360 account and everything "appears" to be in working order (my subscription is updated to Oct. 2012, etc.). Is there some way to check to see my Norton 360, version 5 is actually working?
