I have seen some posts here where (I think) for Windows 7 you may have to select "Run as Admnistrator," even from an administrator account, in order to get it to work.

Keep us posted. I haven't gone to Windows 7 yet myself so I can't be more specific than that--but if that doesn't get you close enough to get it done, someone else will be along shortly who can!
