My modem is constantly sending/receiving whenever I am logged in under the main user account on my PC even when no programs are running (other than what loads at startup). Using Microsoft Network Monitor the activity that keeps showing up is  HTTP:request,  GET /defs/dm/symcdefsi3264.exe .  Happened when I had Norton 360 installed and still shows up even though I have uninstalled Norton 360 using the online uninstall tool. It does not happen when I am logged in under a different user name. This is on a Win7 machine. Have the same problem on a WinXP machine - constant activity under the most-used user account but not under a different user. Activity is present whether connecting via ethernet directly to modem or through a router via ethernet or wireless. Am worried this is malware but no program I've tried has brought up anything suspicious. Is there some symantec code that needs to be fixed?   Attaching a capture log from Network Monitor.
