Also then if i disable the remote desktop service that has then started in services and the internet relies on it then surely all that would happen next time i restarted the pc is i just would not be able to connect to the internet and it would still stay disabled not restarted and running again until i physically set it to start up again, and if it is the internet that relies on it then if i unplug the lan cable to the pc before i restart it after disabling the service then when i restart the pc nothing is requesting it to restart if it is internet based request from virgins servers as it cannot communicate with the pc right? Trial and errors what i am working on here along with maybe a big hole and a shovel lol

solved :) it was down to the virtualization running in bios it has stopped everything running including remote access connection manager and remote desktop service
