IE9 Windows 7

My safe web icons have disappeared.  I verified that the toolbar is activated and the add ons are activated.  Norton safe web is enabled in norton.  I have  updated the Norton 360.  I reset to default the internet advanced option.After all this, I stll do not have the safe web icons.  Help!
