Adding toolbar to other user account on my windows pc

Hi,

I'm not sure if I am able to do this, but I already have the Norton Identity Safe toolbar installed in my account, but wouldl like it to be added to another account on my computer.  Is that possible?  I use Firefox 11.0 on Windows Vista

Thanks,

B

Re: Adding toolbar to other user account on my windows pc

Hi B,

Can you clarify what your situation is? You have Norton Identity Safe installed on a PC. You have a Norton Account/Online Vault created as well. Do you want to: 1) Log in using another Norton Account/Online Vault?, 2) Copy your data to another Norton Account? or 3) something else?

Regards,

Albert

Re: Adding toolbar to other user account on my windows pc
Thx for responding! Okay, I have a windows Vista pc which I share with my boyfriend. I have my user account on it, and he has his. I have Norton 360 installed in the pc, and I have installed the Norton identity safe toolbar in my account, and would like to set one up in my boyfriends user account. I would like each user account to have their own toolbar so that way each of us can save our own passwords. Hopefullly this helps. Thanks again! B

Re: Adding toolbar to other user account on my windows pc

Hi B,

OK, I think I understand your situation. Every user account on Windows can create their own unique Identity Safe local vault. If you log onto your boyfriend's user account you should be able to click on the Identity Safe dropdown menu on the Norton Toolbar and set up a brand new vault. If you don't see a Norton Toolbar, you might need to enable it from within the browser. On Firefox, for example, you may need to go to the Add-Ons and enable the 2 Norton plugins manually. Hope this helps.
